Check-In & -Out
On the day of your arrival, you can check in from 3 p.m. (upon request you can check in earlier)
On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave your apartment before 9.30 a.m.
Apartment Equipment
Your apartment is equipped with fresh towels and bed linen.
For your comfort, you will also find high-quality soap and shower gel, a hairdryer, and a wellness-bag with a bathrobe, cozy slippers, and a sauna towel.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a tablecloth, dish towel, dishwasher tablets, a filter coffee machine, and a moka pot.
Children
The additional cost for childern under the age of 3 years is € 8,00. We are happy to provide a baby crib and child seat free of charge.
Dogs
We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the main building.
However, in some apartments of our Dependance, dogs are warmly welcome (only on request).
We charge € 20,00 for your four-legged friend (food not included).
Please note that not all apartments are suitable for dogs.
Wi-Fi
Even on holiday, it's nice to stay connected.
That's why free Wi-Fi is available throughout Villa Calluna and the Dependance.
Parking
Parking is available in front of the residence or in the underground garage.
Charging station
A charging station is available in our underground garage for an additional fee.
Towel change
We are happy to provide fresh towels upon request.
For longer stays, we also change the bed linen once a week.
Washing Machine
Do you want to do the laundry? You are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer at Villa Calluna for a small fee.
Additional cleaning
We are happy to offer an additional cleaning service during your stay for an extra charge.
GuestPass
Upon arrival, you will receive the digital GuestPass free of charge via email.
With the Guestpass, you can use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge (excluding shuttle services to Pragser Wildsee and the Three Peaks).
A varied weekly program is also included.
Tourist Tax
Residence Villa Calluna: a tourist tax of € 2.90 per person/day will be charged directly on-site.
Dependance Villa Calluna: a tourist tax of € 2.40 per person/day will be charged directly on-site.
Children under 14 years are excluded from the tourist tax.
Water
Fresh, lime-free, and certified - that's our drinking water, and the water of our swimming pool.
Pure spring water from our mountains - perfect for drinking and relaxing.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our apartments.
However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony or terrace.
Thank you for your understanding.
Down Payment
After receiving the booking confirmation, you will receive our bank coordinates and the required amount of down payment to transfer. If you prefer, we can debit the amount from your credit card.
Deposit
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you our bank details and the deposit amount to be transferred.
Alternatively, the amount can be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation and Payment Policy
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% via credit card or bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation.
The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation upon arrival. Alternatively, the total amount can be paid immediately by credit card or bank transfer.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers Code is not contemplated - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal.
For cancellations made up to 91 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 90 to 29 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 28 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the amount paid for the missing days.
Travel Cancellation Insurance - Europäische Reiseversicherung
Should something come in between, you are fully covered by travel cancellation insurance. It could be that things do not go as planned and you cannot start or must return earlier - with your travel cancellation insurance you will be covered. Calculate the premium & purchase online.
