Arrival & Departure
- Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival (earlier upon request and subject to availability). On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM. A late check-out can be booked upon request and subject to availability for an extra charge.
Amenities & Services
- Towels, bed linen, high-quality soap, shower gel, and a hairdryer are provided. In addition, a wellness bag with a bathrobe, sauna towel, and cosy slippers awaits you.
- All apartments in the main building are equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher. In our dependance, only the Dependance Classic category features a dishwasher. Standard amenities in all apartments include a filter coffee machine, moka pot, dishwasher tabs or washing-up liquid, a dish towel, and a tablecloth.
- We are happy to replace towels upon request. For longer stays, bed linen is changed once a week.
- Cots and high chairs are gladly provided free of charge upon request.
- Yes, a washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in our laundry room.
- Upon request, we are happy to arrange extra cleaning during your stay for an additional charge.
- Yes, our water is certified, lime-free, and pure mountain spring water—perfect for drinking and swimming in the pool.
- An elevator is available in the main building. Please note that our adjacent building (dependance) unfortunately does not have an elevator.
- Yes. Our ski room is also equipped with a ski boot dryer.
- Yes. You will also find plenty of sockets in our bicycle room to charge your e-bike.
- Free Wi-Fi is available throughout Villa Calluna & Dependance.
Dogs & House Rules
- Main building: We unfortunately do not accept pets in the main building.Dependance: Upon prior request, we welcome small dogs up to a maximum of 10 kg in selected apartments. We charge €20.00 per day for your four-legged companion (food not included).Please understand that we cannot accommodate other types of animals.
- Strict smoking bans apply to all indoor areas. Smoking is allowed on balconies and terraces.
[EN] Wellness & Pool
- The indoor swimming pool, infrared cabin, and relaxation room are open daily from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The Finnish sauna and steam bath are accessible from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Our pool is heated year-round to 29–30°C.
- An integrated whirlpool bench is available directly in our swimming pool.
- Our wellness area is a place of peace and relaxation. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of one another to preserve a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
- Children are welcome to use the swimming pool. Access to the sauna is permitted from 14 years of age. We ask that children always be supervised in the wellness area to ensure all guests can enjoy their time in tranquility.
Parking & Mobility
- You can park your car free of charge in our spacious underground garage (subject to availability) or in our private outdoor car park. A guaranteed underground parking space can also be reserved for an additional fee.
- Two electric vehicle charging stations are located in the underground garage (available for a fee).
- Upon arrival, you will receive the digital GuestPass free of charge via email. It allows you to use all public transport in South Tyrol for free (excluding shuttles to the Three Peaks and Lake Braies) and participate in the local weekly activity programme.
Location & Shopping
- The nearest supermarket and bakery are just a few minutes' walk away.
- For shopping, you will find numerous shops in the village centre of Sand in Taufers, just a short walk away.
- Thanks to our central location, cosy restaurants, pizzerias, cafés, and ice cream parlours are located nearby.
Payment, Local Tax & Cancellation
- The local tourist tax is €2.90 per person per day in the main building and €2.40 in the dependance. Children under 14 years of age are exempt.
- You can pay in cash (up to €4,999.00), with EC/debit card, Mastercard, Visa, or by bank transfer.
- Upon reservation, we ask for a 30% deposit via credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance can be settled conveniently upon arrival or transferred in advance.
- There is no right of withdrawal according to the Italian Consumer Protection Code. The following cancellation fees apply:
- Up to 91 days before arrival: Only the 30% deposit is retained
- 90 to 29 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
- From 28 days before arrival, as well as in the event of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total price
- To cover unforeseen expenses, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance of your choice.You can also easily purchase travel insurance online directly during booking through our partner, Europäische Reiseversicherung.
