We Answer Every Question
Check-In&-Out
On the day of your arrival, you can check in from 3 p.m. (upon request you can check in earlier)
On the day of your departure, we ask you to leave your apartment before 10 a.m.
Down Payment
After receiving the booking confirmation, you will receive our bank coordinates and the required amount of down payment to transfer. If you prefer, we can debit the amount from your credit card.
Dogs
In our guest house dogs are welcome (on request only). For your four-legged friend, we will charge €15.00 (without food). Not every apartment is accessible for dogs, and you can bring it on request only. To consider other guests, dogs can only stay in the guest house and not in the main building. Thank you for your comprehension!
Children
We are happy to provide a baby crib and child seat free of charge.
Tourist Tax
A tourist tax of EUR 2.10 per day/person will be charged directly on-site. Children under 14 years are excluded from the tourist tax.
Parking
You can park your car in the private parking lot or in the spacious parking garage.
Smoking
In the entire house and in all Calluna-Apartments (villa and guest house) smoking is not allowed. On the balcony/terrace smoking is allowed. Thank you for your comprehension!
Cancellation Policy
Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be avoided sometimes. If you were not able to start your holiday, please tell us as soon as possible.
In such cases, we offer you the following cancellation policies:
- Until 3 months before the start of your holiday you can cancel without being charged.
- Between three months and 28 days before the start of your holiday or if you must break off your trip early, arrive later, or no-show: You will have to pay the full price (100%) of your stay.
Travel Cancellation Insurance - Europäische Reiseversicherung
Should something come in between, you are fully covered by travel cancellation insurance. It could be that things do not go as planned and you cannot start or must return earlier - with your travel cancellation insurance you will be covered. Calculate the premium & purchase online. Hiking – ERSTMAL AUSBLENDEN
If you need hiking sticks you can borrow them for free at the villa.
Washing Machine
Do you want to do the laundry? If you need, you can use the washing machine and dryer of the villa (for an extra charge).
Water
Fresh, lime-free, and certified: This is our drinking water and the water of our swimming pool. Pure spring water from our mountains - to drink and to immerse yourself in.
Wi-Fi
Sometimes even when you are on holiday you want to know what is going on out there. That is why there is free Wi-Fi in the entire Villa Calluna*** & Dependance.

You can pay in cash (up to € 4.999), with a credit card (Mastercard or Visa), EC-card, or via bank transfer.
