Parking
A parking space is available to you free of charge directly in front of our house or, subject to availability, in our underground garage.

Wellness area and swimming pool:
Pool opening hours: 6.00 am – 8:00 pm
Infrared cabin opening hours: 6:00 am – 8:00 pm
Sauna
Sauna opening hours: 3:00 pm – 8:00 pm
The sauna is activated by pressing the left switch down to ON. It will heat up in about 15 minutes. Turning the switch to OFF turns it back off.
Please keep the sauna doors always closed and follow the sauna rules.
Smoking
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
You will find an ash tray below the sink in the kitchen.
E-Charging-station
In our underground garage, you will find two e-charging stations.
To charge your car, you will need a chip, which you can request at the reception (subject to a fee).
Change of towels
We want to offer you a comfortable stay while taking also care of the environment.
Therefor bathrobes and towels are not changed daily.
If you would like to change towels, please leave them in the white basket in front of the door by 11:00.
The bathrobe will only be changed upon request. For each change of bathrobe, we charge 7,00 EUR.
Washing machine and dryer
Washing machine and dryer are available in our laundry room. You can buy coins at reception for 7,00 EUR each.
Waste
You will find appropriate containers on your balcony for waste separation.
In our garden, behind the corner on the left, you will find a wooden gate where you can bring your waste.

Guest Pass
You will receive the digital GuestPass by e-mail upon arrival.
With the GuestPass you can use all public transport throughout South Tyrol free of charge (except the shuttle to Lake Braies and the 3 Peaks).
A weekly program is also included in the Guest Pass. Get more information by scanning this QR code.
Check-out
We kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 9:30 AM on your departure day.
Upon request and based on availability, we can offer you a late check-out.
If you would like to stay in the apartment until 6:00 PM on the day of departure, the cost would be 60,00 EUR.
We respectfully request to pay the bill upon arrival.
